I'm a private/self-employed provider approved to provide ILST services to consumers on the ABI (acquired brain injury) Medicaid Waiver Program. My name appears on the statewide directory which is maintained by Allied Community Resources. I have over six years of experience providing educational services to consumers, including teaching, tutoring and training while adhering to program curricula. I possess strong communication skills, I enjoy helping others and I'm trained to interact with individuals with severe physical, emotional and psychological disabilities. Current with all trainings and certifications according to DDS, DSS and DCF guidelines. I have a valid public service license, liability insurance and a clean driving record.
